PC on a old shield
So, i don't believe the mods drop this way anymore, or at least i haven't seen it in ages, but i found in the very back pocket of my last mule, prolly been there over a year, it's 10al vs. undead, -5 19%, q9 tac, gold, the negative part is that it's a wooden buckler, so, meh, i'm unaware of price but i do know it'll fetch me a lil from a collector, any help will be me much appreciated.

Merch imo. Shields with 2 mods that would both be inscriptions still drop, and those aren't the most useful mods.
